Program for children with special needs:

22 min. workout.  Develop strength and coordination as well as build self-esteem

Sport Specific Training:

Whether for football, basketball, tennis, golf, swimming, running, etc. we design specific workouts intended to increase strength, endurance, and speed resulting in enhanced sports
performance.

Rapid Fat Loss Boot Camp:

8 week intense fat loss program designed to burn over 500 calories per session

Senior Programs:

Focus centers on cardiovascular health, muscular strength, balance, coordination, and conditioning to better enable activities of daily living and help maintain independence.

Kettlebell:

Burn serious calories in 30 minutes

Youth Fitness (ages 9 -17):

Build stronger bones, ligaments and tendons, lower risk of injury during sports, increase self-esteem and confidence, develop  proprioception, teach the importance of healthy eating, improve motor skills and cardiovascular health

Neuromuscular Stretching:

Improves flexibility so that your body may attain extensibility (capability of being elongated or stretched) when needed to ensure minimal or no muscular imbalances (alterations of muscle lengths surrounding a joint)
